The REAL. Strategy team was engaged with the CEO and senior leadership team as the business grew. Aside from 1:1 coaching with the senior team we have supported their strategic growth into new regions whilst managing key stakeholder and investor responsibilities.
The Challenge
Rapid company growth raised investor expectations and demands, which in turn put pressure on the business and the senior team in terms of their roles and day-to-day implementation. Tough decisions were made about the existing team, whether they were fit for the next stage of growth.
The Solution
The REAL. Strategy team worked alongside their senior team to clearly define the ongoing vision, strategy and tactics for the business. With the team’s help, the expected values and behaviours were communicated throughout the business and to the outside world An ongoing people strategy was established, including a performance management process to ensure accountability and transparency for employees and investors.
